Corporate Philosophy
Management Philosophy
With the basic spirit of customers first, we aim to become the No. 1 company in the 3PL industry and contribute
to the realization of each other's happiness and an affluent society.
Alongside our three main businesses (e-commerce logistics, low-temperature food logistics, and medicine & medical logistics), we are also expanding our BCP logistics business. Our focus is on third-party logistics, and we are committed to prioritizing customer-centric services as we pave the way for the future. We are continuously working to develop our human resources, acquire cutting-edge knowledge and technology, and engage in the creation of original logistics design. We also focus on the research and development of DX, while keeping in mind the sustainable development goals (SDGs). We aim to achieve Happiness Management by fostering dreams and hopes and to contribute to the development of local communities and the creation of an affluent society.
Company Creed
Industry and honesty are the very base for business.
Industry and thrift in work earn trust and respect.
Patience and creation are the very base for prosperity.
Patience is always necessary, but prosperity comes from overcoming obstacles with creativity.
Extending kindness and feeling gratitude are the very base for happiness.
Be mindful that we must cherish our lives, honor our parents and ancestors, and always express gratitude.
Future Vision
We aim to earn ¥1 trillion in net sales and achieve the Seven Pinnacles of Management.
To become the leading company in the third-party logistics (3PL) industry, we aim to generate ¥1 trillion in net sales and employ 100,000 people. Our aim is not only to expand the company, but also to create a happy company that embodies the seven pinnacles of high talent, high quality, high growth, high earnings, high wages, high dividends, and high share price. This way, the company's success is tied to the success of each of our employees.

Momotaro culture
What is "Momotaro Culture"?
"Momotaro culture" is the corporate culture that has been created and shared by many of our peers based on their past experiences. It is the collective name for our values and code of conduct. The foundation of "Momotaro culture" is a culture of gratitude and requital of favor, which stems from the happiness of fellow employees.

Principles of Business Persons
What we sell are excitement and satisfaction.
The principles of business persons should guide all traders.
We deal in products known as excitement and satisfaction.
Business is all about serving the customer (the other party) with the right attitude, approach, and mindset.
If you genuinely desire to serve the customer, they will respond positively to you.
The more we serve our customers, the more the company expands and the happier we are.
If we lack dedication, customers will say, "That company is terrible," and we will lose credibility.
It is important to remember that true commerce is based on the concept of human-to-human (heart-to-heart).
Even if you dislike the work and find it challenging, you are not a business person unless you understand the fundamental principles of delighting, being liked by, and satisfying your customers.
Regardless of who emerges as a competitor, it is crucial to win the hearts and minds of customers.
Basic practices of the Principles of Business Persons
Be courteous
Keep promises
Become well-liked
Be kind
Provide services that customers appreciate
Management of "same voice same resonance"
Let's sing with the same voice and resonance.
Management of "same voice same resonance" means that all employees participate in management as equals with a common goal.
It is about considering the company's overall interests and engaging in corporate management rather than each of us expressing our opinions and working solely for personal benefit.
It is a style of business management that aims to promote growth among oneself and colleagues, create a lasting impact, provide customer satisfaction, and ultimately work towards developing the company with the ambition of becoming a leader in the industry.
When all colleagues feel, think, and work together and dedicate themselves to corporate management to achieve their dreams and hopes, a shared resonance (joy) is created.
In other words, it is about colleagues who share empathy and resonance with the "Momotaro culture," expressing their desires for happiness while also creating and growing the company through unity.
This forms the foundation of our management of "same voice same resonance."
Basic practices of the management of "same voice same resonance"
Refine and enhance one's personal appeal.
Share thoughts and show mutual respect.
Providing high-quality services with customers first.
Utilize the collective wisdom of all employees to achieve goals through inclusive management.
A vibrant workplace begins with a cheerful home.
Seven Management Rules
—Creation of 100 Momotaros (business leaders)—
- Share MARUWA's unique management and business philosophy, dreams, and Momotaro culture, and work on developing human resources through practice.
- The management clarifies its future vision, management strategies and tactics, management policies, and financial figures (net sales and profits) to all co-workers to achieve targets.
- The management is consistently focused on managing the company and taking on the challenge of acquiring new customers by developing unique products using the company's examples of mindful actions and strengths, and strengthening marketing and sales.
- Always delve deeply into the core strengths, identify and share them, seek added value, strive to solve issues facing clients, and support management to increase profit.
- Compete not based on price but on value. Continuously strive to create unique value.
- Do not be constrained by common sense, stereotypes, or preconceptions. Instead, strive to offer innovative services that are unique to MARUWA and unmatched by any other company in the industry.
- Management strives to implement the 3S and carefully considers the impact on co-workers when making management decisions.
The Basics of the Momotaro Culture
Momotaro, which brings together three forces, is the cornerstone of management.
We consider Momotaro to be the cornerstone of our management approach. For instance, we interpret the dog, the monkey, and the pheasant as symbols representing the three elements of management foresight, with the animals symbolizing the powers of mindful actions, knowledge, and information, respectively. Momotaro is the one who unites these three powers.
To us, the dog, the monkey, and the pheasant symbolize "above-ground strategies," "cable strategies," and "satellite strategies," respectively. They also embody the three perspectives required in the field of logistics.
Guidelines for Implementing the Momotaro Culture
To grow, a person must obtain theoretical understanding through learning and accumulating knowledge. However, having only knowledge can lead to being a know-it-all. It is crucial to learn not only by gaining knowledge but also by consistently applying what you have learned so that it becomes ingrained in your body, resulting in a practical understanding.
Once we reach the stage of practical understanding, we will be able to comprehend the essence and role of the knowledge we have gained. MARUWA emphasizes the significance of practical understanding alongside theoretical understanding as a means to acquire and practice the "Momotaro culture."
The Mindset of Mindful Actions under the Momotaro Culture
It is dogged that does it.
Work on identifying the means to achieve a goal, commit to reaching it, and pursue that main objective.
Treasure every encounter
Be mindful that encounters promote self-awareness and vitality, and make a concerted effort to form connections.
Offer services that will be genuinely appreciated.
Be mindful that every service rendered increases customer satisfaction and trust.
Creation of 100 Momotaros (business leaders)
MARUWA has grown as a company by fostering self-improvement and mutual support through our practice of the "Momotaro culture." As we progress, our challenge is to pass on the "Momotaro culture" and improve our corporate culture to become the leading company in the 3PL industry.
To tackle this challenge, we have established the objective of creation of 100 Momotaros (business leaders) for our human resource development and passed on the "Momotaro culture."
